Return/Refund Policy

Note: This Return Policy is current but subject to change at any time. We will honor your return request as per the current return policy on altanrobotech.com

We want to serve you with a goal to satisfy you completely. If you are not satisfied with the product you can return it, if purchased on this website, subject to following terms and conditions. This Return Policy is limited to US or Canada purchases for home use made directly from altanrobotech.com or via its customer service call center.

Replacement of Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged/defective item and need a replacement, please contact customer service immediately but no later than 3 business days from the date of receiving your package. Toilet items such as Giddel and accessories are deemed used upon fulfillment and are not returnable but may be subject to warranty. Items missing the serial number or bar code cannot be returned. We need the original package and the damaged/defective item to send you a replacement. Upon receipt of your returned product, we will make a determination, in our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you. We reserve the right, in our reasonable discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any product that does not meet the above requirements.

Items Under Limited Warranty Period:

A product that may be under Limited Warranty Period can be repaired as per the “Altan Robotech Limited Warranty” policy.

Return Shipping

To return/repair an item, please contact customer service by email or phone to inform them of your order number, order date and item(s) being returned for repair / replacement or partial / full refund.

You must take appropriate steps to ensure the safe return of your product for repair / replacement. Products must be returned to us with the original shipping box, packing materials and a copy of the shipping invoice. Returned items must be sent via a trackable shipping service with delivery confirmation. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

Loss or Damage by Freight Carrier in Shipping

We are not responsible for shipment loss or damage by third party freight carriers. No refund will be issued in such cases. However we may support with product retrieval and redirection with the carrier when applicable. We may also support by filing for claim refund from the third party carrier and where this is successful, a new product may be shipped to the customer. The above support is at the sole discretion of customer support.
